Pre-Formed Sleeve

OBEX CORTEX 0910FR Class B Pre-Formed Sleeves are engineered from a Class B compound, made to bespoke sizes, to give a 100% weather and air-tight seal around façade penetrations such as balcony brackets, ducts and vents.

Traditional methods involve cutting and patching around penetrations using interface sealing membrane and paste adhesive. The 0910FR sleeve is pre-formed to suit the shape and size of the bracket or duct, making it much simpler and quicker to create a perfect seal around the penetration.

The most common penetrations are rectangular, circular or I-Beam.  However, bespoke shapes can be created within the minimum and maximum dimensions, and a sample can be provided for testing before the full quantity is produced. Speak to one of our advisors to discuss your requirements.

Each sleeve is made to order with bespoke sizing. Lead times are 3-4 weeks after prototype approval.
